Intermittent fasting involves abstaining from food for a specific period of time each day.

 

In recent years, this method has gained a lot of popularity for weight loss, with research reports showing that intermittent fasting can help fight inflammation while leading a healthier life.

 

2 methods of intermittent fasting are quite common.

In one method, the diet is consumed throughout the day within 8 to 10 hours per day, while in the other method, the diet is used only once a day, 2 days a week, which helps in melting body fat.

Type 2 diabetes doesn't necessarily stay with you for life, but patients can get rid of it by losing weight through diet and exercise, researchers said in a study involving 36 people with diabetes. And they were instructed to adopt intermittent fasting for 3 months.

 

The results showed that adopting this dietary strategy reduced the need for diabetes medication for 90 percent of people, 55 percent of whom had diabetes relief and blood sugar levels even after a year off medication. Maintain healthy sugar levels.

 

Most of the people involved in the study had been diagnosed with diabetes for 6 to 11 years, but with this method they were able to get rid of the disease.
