Punjab government has decided to recruit 2 thousand more doctors and nurses in the province.
This decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Punjab Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid in Lahore.
The requisition for the recruitment of 2,000 doctors and nurses has been handed over to the Punjab Public Service Commission.
Dr. Yasmin Rashid said that since 2018, more than 90 thousand doctors, nurses and paramedics have been recruited.
Punjab Health Minister said that 703 doctors will join the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education in December, 100 male and 800 female nurses will also be recruited.
