A recent American study found that the daily use of multivitamins and minerals by elderly people can improve their memory. Memory is closely related to aging, but scientists have failed to prove this. Why the memory is reduced in poor people or why is the mind not so active?
Although aging and memory are closely related, millions of people around the world become victims of diseases such as Alzheimer's and dementia in middle age, commonly known as amnesia. And there is a cure, but now a new study shows that taking daily multivitamins can prevent this problem.
According to research published in the medical journal 'Alzheimer's Association', if people aged 65 or older use minerals and multivitamins daily, their memory can be significantly improved. In the study, they had volunteers consume cocoa along with multivitamins, while one group was given a dummy drug by experts and had their memory tested every year.
Experts conducted other tests to check similar memory, including recalling events, thinking, and solving problems. A three-year study found that people aged 65 and over used multivitamins on a daily basis, their memory improved markedly.
The results showed that the consumption of cocoa, coffee and chocolate ingredients did not improve the memory of the elderly. Experts suggested that the elderly should take multivitamins and minerals on a regular basis to improve memory. .
